Indian-led asset manager DuneVista Capital will launch a USD 1 billion global investment fund, with India as a core market, ahead of its debut at the World Economic Forum in Davos on 21 January 2026.

The fund will primarily invest in Indian startups and growth-stage companies, while also making selective allocations across private equity, public markets, hedge funds, and commodities. DuneVista has already committed USD 100 million to India-focused platforms, including Indusbridge Ventures and El Dorado Capital.

The firm’s private equity strategy will focus on control and minority stakes in cash-flow–generating companies, supported by operational involvement and mergers and acquisitions expertise. It plans to work closely with founders on governance, scaling strategies and cross-border expansion.

Operating across Mumbai, Dubai, New York, London, and Singapore, the firm’s private equity strategy targets both control and minority stakes in cash-flow–generating companies, supporting governance, cross-border expansion, and long-term value creation. India will remain a key market for capital deployment, with a focus on founder-led and women-led businesses.
