
Jay V. Mr. Jegannathan is the Founder and Director of Infinity Value Capital Management Limited (formerly Amalabh Capital Limited), a Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) regulated firm. Since 2016, he has been an Authorized Individual regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and has led the firm through multiple regulatory categories, product launches, and fund structures.
Over his career, he has founded, managed, and advised multiple investment funds, including public market equity funds, global bond funds, real estate funds, private equity fund-of-funds, and multi-asset strategies. Notably, he was the Founder and General Partner of Evolvence India Fund, a USD 250 million fund-of-funds focused on private equity, infrastructure, and real estate in India, and the Owner and Manager of Abner India Diversified Growth Fund, an India-focused public equity fund.
His leadership experience includes senior executive and board-level roles in hedge funds, asset management companies, and investment advisory platforms. As Senior Executive Officer of El Dorado Capital Limited, a DIFC Category 3C hedge fund, he continues to oversee governance, strategy, and regulatory oversight.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Jegannathan held investment and portfolio management roles with Damac Group entities, managing private equity and multi-asset portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients, and served in senior finance roles across the GCC and India.
Mayank Singhvi is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, principal investing, capital markets, and real assets. He has led and advised on complex transactions across growth equity, buyouts, structured investments, M&A, and real estate, partnering with corporates, promoters, and global institutional investors to drive long-term value creation.
He began his career at leading global financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young, where he developed deep expertise in equity capital markets, IPO execution, valuation, and transaction advisory. During this period, he worked on several landmark Indian public market transactions, gaining strong grounding in regulatory frameworks, capital market dynamics, and execution discipline.
Mayank subsequently transitioned into private equity and principal investing roles with firms such as ICICI Ventures and Evolvence India Fund. He was actively involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across real estate and growth sectors, structuring joint ventures, and managing relationships with global LPs and strategic partners. His experience includes cross-border transactions, platform creation, and active portfolio engagement.
He has held senior leadership roles across private equity, investment banking, and operating platforms. He previously served as CEO of IMK Capital, where he led the firm’s Asia business and oversaw investment strategy, capital deployment, and investor engagement. Earlier, as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald’s India arm, he led M&A, equity, and debt advisory, with responsibility for deal origination, structuring, execution, and senior client relationships, advising mid-market and large enterprises on growth capital, restructuring, and strategic transactions.
Mayank also served as Senior Director at Country Garden, a Fortune 500 global real estate developer, where he led large-scale investment, financing, and development initiatives in India. His role included structuring institutional capital partnerships, overseeing complex project financings, and working closely with international stakeholders. He was recognized with the Global Employee of the Year Award in 2017, selected from over 130,000 employees worldwide, and later received Global Indian of the Year (2020) and Forbes 40 Under 40 honors.
